Watercolour horse, with lots of flicked paint, so much fun to make a mess

I was just finishing this tonight when a programme, ‘how to die’ Simons’s choice, came on BBC2 it is about a lovely family, and the impact that MND motor neurone disease has had on them, it focuses on the assisted suicide of Simon. It was an extremely moving documentary, highlighting an often unspoken topic.
This prompted me to find the charity which does an online secret art auction, I thought it was MND, but found it was MS. I have now registered for an art pack, the date for last submissions is end of Feb, so I need to get my skates on!
Take a look at MS secret art show if you live in the uk, and think you have time to submit some art….or maybe you are looking for some new art to buy, all art sells for £45.00 and you don’t find out the artist until it arrives through your door. You could buy a famous artist piece?? But if you buy what you like, everyone is a winner 😀 all for a great cause.

About REcreate-RebeccaEvansCreate

My name is Rebecca Evans, living in the New Forest I have been inspired to paint the many animals often seen around me. Having ridden since Childhood, painting equines was a natural path to follow. I use a variety of media, watercolour, oil, charcoal, pastel, inks, plus a few more, infact I will try most things. Choosing the medium to work with can really change the effect of the art, and therefore the character of the animal. Sometimes it is an instant decision, sometimes it is the mood from within me which determines which medium I choose to use. I never know what might inspire me next, but if it’s hairy, I will be sure to try.
