Oh I do love the colour of Kraft card, it works so well with charcoal or pencil ( as in the case of this post). Then with the addition of white chalk, wow does it pop. If other mediums are used then the use of something other than chalk could be used to gain the White -ink, gouache, gel pen, acrylic, coloured pencil, White was crayon.
